Both. Employees use self-service tools for their everyday needs. Managers and HR officers have a separate view for team records, requests, schedules and leave management.
Yes. Hala HR is being built for Arabic- and English-speaking teams, across the mobile app and web portal.
We’re planning both a Hala-managed backend and a connection to a company’s own Odoo server. We’ll confirm the appropriate option and its availability during onboarding.
